Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and engage candidates for technical roles
- Manage job postings, applications, and interview coordination
- Communicate with US clients and hiring managers
- Maintain documentation, pipelines, and recruitment dashboards
- Learn industry terms, skills, tools, and job categories
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US hours
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or staffing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
