GenPX is expanding its Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team and is hiring freshers interested in building a long-term career in the US healthcare domain.
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

Role:
Healthcare organizations depend on accurate, efficient billing and claims management. The RCM Associate supports these essential processes by ensuring proper documentation, coding, and revenue cycle flow aligned with US healthcare standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support billing, coding, claim submissions, and follow-ups
- Maintain accuracy in patient data and insurance documentation
- Coordinate with RCM leadership to meet productivity goals
- Work in alignment with US healthcare rules and client requirements
- Attend training sessions to improve domain knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication skills in English
- Availability to work US night hours
- Basic familiarity with medical terminology (preferred, not required)
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
